Who is The Embodied Mind?
In short, I am Edmund Mulligan, Therapist, Educator and Mentor. I work as a technologist in the transport sector, specifically in software development for Transport for London. I have been an advanced student of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and Movement Shiatsu. I am insured to practice in both of these modalities as a student, working on case studies towards becoming a qualified professional. I am Mental Health First Aider (and conventional First Aider, too, should that be necessary). I have a Psychology Degree and several diplomas from the Open University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Statistics from Birkbeck College. I am also a STEM Ambassador (that’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). I am *not* a fan of social media, preferring real interactions with actual people. I *am* a fan of Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication. If you have a problem with your computer, want a spreadsheet debugged, have some statistics that need interpreting, need some mentoring, or want a therapeutic meeting, please get in touch. The best way to get in touch is to register on this site as a user and then register as a therapy or mentoring client. I know that is more registration than most people like, but I collect different information on each registration page so overall it means you give me less information about yourself.
I’m better than an A.I. and use less energy, too. What more could you ask for?
