Who is The Embodied Mind?

In short, I am Edmund Mulligan, Therapist, Educator and Mentor. I work as a technologist in the transport sector, specifically in technology development within technology and data. I am an advanced student of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and Movement Shiatsu. I am insured to practice in both of these modalities as a student, working on case studies towards becoming a qualified professional. I am Mental Health First Aider (and conventional First Aider, too, should that be necessary). I have a Psychology Degree and several diplomas from the Open University. I am also a STEM Ambassador (that’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). I am not a fan of social media, preferring real interactions with actual people. I am a fan of Marshall Rosenberg’s Non-Violent Communication.
